Shopping for a new mortgage and not quite sure to how compare various mortgage loan rate quotes?  Do not worry you are not unlike most people.  Frankly with all the mortgage products available today, if I were shopping for myself and I were not already in this business I would be confused along side of you too.  

My first advice is to relax and slowly go through the offers one by one. Proceed slowly and gradually by getting rid of offers that do not fulfill your requirements so that you do not really waste your time needlessly. No doubt about it this process can eat up loads of time if you let it. But in order to find the best rates you have to be willing to do a bit of leg work.

After removing the offers which do not meet your objectives, pick two or three of the best offers and proceed from there. This is the last phase in discovering the lowest rates available in the marketplace.
