Anna’s Joy Of Strength Training
Whatever your reasons, oblique exercises are always a great activity that will change your life. If you stick with your program over time, you’ll realize so many benefits. You may even forget why you started in the first place. It won’t even matter anymore. You will have found the joy of weight training.
One person who found the joy of weight training is twenty-four-year-old Anna: “I strength train to stay in shape and to stay healthy. I used to be someone who only did cardio workouts. Cardio, cardio, and more cardio. Last spring I strained a ligament in my left leg, not because I was out of shape but because I was overworking some muscles during my workouts while neglecting others. Due to my injury, I had to stop exercising for four weeks. I was miserable! When I started exercising again, I was much weaker than before.
“I started strength training to overcome my injury and to regain my strength. I’m so happy with the results. After only a couple of months, I felt better and stronger than ever. Strength training has made me much more aware of my body, my different muscle groups, and how I use all of them. Today I continue to strength train both to assure that I don’t injure myself again and to keep this great feeling!”
