It was safe to say that my wife and I were getting pretty bored with our weekly date night. We found that we were going to the exact same restaurants for dinner and we wanted to shake things up a bit. Not much danger in a bag of salad is there? Well a fair few who have eaten from take-away restaurants and salad bars might disagree in Michigan NY and Ohio. Now I’ve never been a fan of the processed salad bag, but it seems that plenty of students are, and all is not well in campus now. With up to 30 people taken down so far with food poisoning (3 serious), the FDA head honcho has come out and said he always avoided salad bags because of the poor hygiene standards. Thanks for the advice a bit late though, Not positive news for the idle ones amongst us who can not find time to cut a lettuce up or chop a tomato.
