Okay, I’m in a little trouble here and I really need someone’s help! I’m getting married in a month’s time, and I obviously want to look my best for the wedding so need to know how to lose weight fast! I have found some information on line but definitely need to find some more advice and tips from anyone, especially anyone who has gone through the same thing. I am stressing about this… which I guess in a funny way might help since stress can sometimes cause height loss, ha ha!
Anyway, any information at all on how to lose weight fast would be hugely appreciated! I am in my mid 30s, so it is not quite as easy as it once was to drop off and keep off the pounds. I do a few sessions at the gym a week, so am obviously thinking to ramp that up a little, but any other advice much appreciated!

I thought that since I was young I would be able to deal with cholesterol at a later time. It’s really nothing that I worried about and I freely consumed many high cholesterol foods that I knew were unhealthy for me. But I was relatively fit and I really didn’t care about what was going to happen. This is probably because I convinced myself but nothing bad could happen to a young person who exercised on a regular basis. You might not feel the effects today, but they will eventually build up and cause you problems in the future. This is a lesson I learned after visiting my physician who noticed that I had unusually high cholesterol levels. I told him that my regular diet consisted of hamburgers, hotdogs, and big juicy steaks. I really did not eat any vegetables or anything at all that could be considered healthy. My physician pointed me in the right direction by telling me that I had to cook more healthy food for myself.
I am glad that I got this wake-up call because there really is no time to mess around with cholesterol. By the time you develop a situation it might complicate your life in a very dramatic way. I was able to get around the problem by consuming more healthy elements including foods high in iron and fiber in my diet for breakfast.
